These Terms and Conditions shall apply to any offer or agreement, to the exclusion of any terms and conditions used by the user, and may be updated and/or amended by Nexus Enterprises Limited from time to time. Means all material, information, tools, content, hyperlinks, marks, and logos contained in or displayed on, and all apps and content which may be downloaded and/or accessed from or are made available through the funcem.me website.
Represents the fee to be paid daily/weekly/monthly in official Cameroon Currency. The service is operational 24 hours a day/7 days a week unless there is technically unavailability which depends on the Operator's network access. The service will be charged for the 150 U/day. The quality offered to the User is at least equivalent to the minimum set by the technical specifications of the network Operator.
Funci is a subscription service that offers you unlimited access to mainstream content such as Apps, Pictures, Videos, Games, and Music. Users can easily subscribe trough the flow defined by the mobile carrier and download the content available. You must be 18 years of age or older in order to use the Services.By opening an account, downloading the Application, and/or otherwise using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.
This service will be automatically renewed upon your account balance.
This service is only available in the Cameroon territory and there is no access to this service from any other territory.
This service can be used only from your mobile phone. The purpose of the service provided and operated by Nexus Enterprises Limited allows its Users to access and use content available at funcem.me website. The user agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the account, and that it is fully responsible for all activities that occur under such an account. Whenever your subscription is valid, you can log on to your service and use it any time and on an unlimited amount. Nexus Enterprises Limited shall take the necessary measures to ensure the protection and confidentiality of the personal information held by it.
Any party to this Agreement may terminate this Agreement at any time, in no event will the termination of this agreement relieves the User's obligation to pay any fees payable for the period prior to the effective date of termination. User shall not sublicense the Licensed Material to another and User warrants that access will not be given to the Licensed Material to any person not being an authorized User. Any access to the licensed material given by Nexus Enterprises Limited must comply with the terms and conditions stated in this agreement..
